Park-View Residence
MADISON AVENUE, NEW YORK
An apartment above Madison Avenue with the park in every principal window, re-planned from the floorplan up and then furnished piece by piece. The base is deliberately quiet — light oak herringbone, grey mohair, pale silk — and the warmth is carried by what sits on it: amber glass, Calacatta Oro, burnished copper, olive trees marking the turn from lounge to dining. Living and dining room, principal bedroom and principal bath, taken from concept through to photoreal stills.
Corner Residence
HUDSON YARDS, NEW YORK
A three-bedroom corner home of just over 2,200 square feet, glazed on two sides and furnished dark on purpose, so that the view stays the brightest thing in the room. Pale wide-plank floors carry black leather, graphite gloss, dark ceramic and bordeaux; behind the seating group a full wall of high-gloss lacquer gathers the skyline from the windows opposite. Entry, living, dining and kitchen, designed and visualised as one uninterrupted open plan.
Park & River Residence
COLUMBUS CIRCLE, NEW YORK
A corner apartment with the park on one side and the river on the other, planned so that every practical function — storage, media, display — disappears into a single wall of joinery and nothing is left to compete with the windows. European white oak in French herringbone runs the full length of the residence, set against blush velvet, travertine and bookmatched Calacatta, with backlit niches carrying a collection of Murano glass. Eight views across living, dining, lounge, kitchen and the principal suite.
High-Floor Residence
COLUMBUS CIRCLE, NEW YORK
A high-floor corner residence of some 2,400 square feet, glazed on two exposures and planned as one continuous L-shaped volume — kitchen, dining and living zoned rather than divided, so the whole length is read at once from the entry. The governing idea is a play of opposites: strict architectural lines set against soft, rounded forms, in chevron oak, ivory silk and a single deep chord of wine-red velvet. Seven rooms carried through, from the great room to the study and the principal bedroom.
Landmark Townhouse
EAST 63RD STREET, NEW YORK
A landmarked Neo-Classical townhouse a few steps from Central Park, reimagined floor by floor around its double-height entrance hall and the cascade of blown glass hung through the stairwell. The period architecture is kept and dressed rather than erased — herringbone and chevron parquet, carved stone, walnut, bespoke ironwork — then furnished throughout in contemporary Italian pieces. Ground and first floors complete: entrance hall, stair and galleries, living room, kitchen and the principal suite.
